1. WHAT DO I GET FOR MY REUNION TICKET PURCHASE?

Friday Night at The Quarry Bar & Grill:

  • Post-Game Appetizer Selections

Saturday Night at The Astin Mansion:

  • Private venue all to ourselves

  • Catered Dinner & Dessert

  • Free Margaritas, Iced Tea and Water

  • Cash Bar available: Wine & Beer Selections

  • Professional Photographer instantly uploading all pics FB Group Page as soon as they are taken

  • Yummy S’mores by the fire pit (weather permitting)


 

2. WHAT DO I WEAR????

  • Friday night is your favorite Viking game-day gear, no cut-off shorts allowed at the Quarry Bar & Grill.

  • Saturday night is casual, so put away your Prom dress and tuxedo! We have the entire place to ourselves.


 

3. I ONLY WANT TO ATTEND FRIDAY NIGHT, SO CAN I JUST PAY FOR ONE NIGHT?

No. Due to deposits, decorations, office supplies, bills, and very large food and rental expenses pertaining to the entire weekend- we need the full ticket price to pay for both days- even if you are not attending both days.


 

4. CAN I BUY A REUNION TICKET AT THE DOOR FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT?

Please do your best to avoid this. We will not turn anyone away, but discourage you from doing this if at all possible. We must give our food numbers to our caterers a week in advance. Both guests will lose out: our unexpected guests will be disappointed that there is not enough food and drink for them, and those who paid well in advance won’t receive what they paid for on time. So, let’s all make sure we get plenty of food and drink by registering before the Reunion Weekend!


 

5. WHAT IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE REUNION, BUT ALREADY PAID FOR MY TICKET?

As stated on the website, all ticket money is used for immediate expenses. This event has little to no seed money to start off with, so we are constantly paying off deposits, rental fees and office expenses to get us to the Reunion Weekend. We cannot refund any Reunion Ticket purchases. Any unused tickets will be considered a donation to the Reunion Fund.


 

6. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $7 FOR A FOOTBALL TICKET?

We have never included a Football Game in our Reunion Weekend experience. Most classmates have said they would not be able to arrive to town in time for the game, or their own children's’ activities would prevent them from attending anything until Saturday day. So, we did not want to build this into the weekend’s ticket price. The $7 ticket is so you can sit in the block seating reserved for us. We have to pay cash for these a week before the game, so we will cash out all tickets purchased by October 14th and go pick them up for you. We are offering this service to you, so you don’t have to worry about it. We will have a separate ticket table for you to pick up your pre-purchased ticket to the game on Friday night.


 

7. WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO BUY A BLOCK SEATING TICKET, OR MISS THE OCT. 14TH DEADLINE?

You can still buy a ticket at the gate the night of the game. They just may not be able to squeeze you into our reserved block seating. They will try to seat you as close to us as possible. This will be a huge game- Bryan High vs. Rudder High. So, they will do their best to help you.


 

8. WHAT IF I PAY FOR A FOOTBALL TICKET AND THEN CANNOT ATTEND AFTERALL?

We will be purchasing all tickets on October 14th as requested by your registration, so there is no way for us to return any unused tickets on Friday night. If you notify us to cancel your football ticket purchase before October 14th, then we would like you consider donating your ticket purchase to the Reunion Fund.


 

9. CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE REUNION?

Children are welcome and encouraged to attend the Football Game, so make sure to grab them a ticket too! However, children are not permitted at The Quarry or The Astin Mansion.
